Experience.
Burtovoy Nikolay has acted as the partner and one of company founders «Nikitchenko&Partners» in 2005. Prior to founding the company, Nikolay Vasil’yevich worked in different areas of law. During the period of 1998-2001 Burtovoy Nikolay had been working as an in-house counsel at Ukrainian-English joint venture "Agroprogres"(the world famous English company on manufacture of protection frames of plants «Syngenta» was one of the founders), and handled legal ensuring of business activities of all enterprise which staff totaled more than 60 persons. Besides, Nikolay Vasilevich has a considerable experience in banking area of law (worked as a legal counsel in Joint-stock commercial bank "Praveks-bank", 2001-2002), in judicial representation sphere (worked as a legal counsel in the State reserve of Ukraine, 2003-2005) and etc.
In January, 2005 Burtovoy Nikolay successfully passed bar examination and was called to the bar.
