A company «Nikitchenko&Partners» was founded in 2005.  A decision to create a firm, and to enter the market of legal services as an independent player, was accepted by partners Boris Zub, Mykola Burtovyi, Valeriy Nikitchenko and Roman Gorban', who are the founders of the firm.

At the beginning of the activity, a company accommodated clients only by forces of Partners. Soon, quality of services, decency, professionalism, responsibility, for the clients’ matter became reasons of active growth, the increases of the lawyers’ staff and areas of practice in which are advised by a company.

Today «Nikitchenko and Partners» has established itself as a legal firm which advises the leading Ukrainian and international companies in the different areas of law.  «Nikitchenko and Partners» unites lawyers, who obtained fundamental knowledge of law in leading hational universities, such as: Kiev national university in the name of Taras Shevchenko and National legal academy of Ukraine in the name of Yaroslav Mudry.

A managing partner of company is Valery Nikitchenko, except legal education, has also economic one, that allows him to resolve legal issues from the point of economic view. Mykola Burtovyi, Valeriy Nikitchenko and Roman Gorban' were called to the bar and can practice advocate activity.

Advising our clients in area of disputes’ resolving, merger and acquisition, bank and financial law, corporate and commercial law, real estate and building, tax law we give consideration to the quality of services and client’ interests.

The lawyers of company constantly take part in scientific conferences, forums, round tables, seminars with the purpose of increasing the level of knowledge and experience base.
